How I’ll work with you:

01 — Exploration Call

Let’s talk for 15 minutes to see if my approach and style are the right fit for you, right now. We’ll spend some time discussing what you’re looking for and how long you’d like to work together, as well as whether my style and process are even a good match for your desired outcomes.

02 — Plan of Action

During and after our exploratory call, I will work with you to come up with a plan of action. Basically, how we’ll work together (in-person or virtually) how long we’ll meet each for session (60-minute or 90-minute sessions), and what we’ll work on. If you’re newer to therapy or coaching, we can also make a plan for the length of time or number of sessions you’d like to plan for.

03 — Working Together

I work with clients for anywhere between 3 months to 3+ years. Sometimes all we need is a jumpstart, or a few months to work through a specific challenge in life. Other times, we need years to build a therapeutic relationship and lean in to life’s ebbs and flows.
